Honestly one of the most customer service oriented, honest and helpful services I have ever come in contact with! 10/10 recommend
The story behind why I say this: (You are going to want to read this)
A friend of ours actually rented a party bus from (what turned out to be their competitor) for their birthday party. My mom attended and the driver was rude the entire time, drove rough and wasn't respectful.
My mom ended up losing her phone in the party bus at the end of the night as the driver was dropping the party off at their last location in Temecula. Instead of helping he actual rushed everyone off the bus and told her she did not have time to find her phone and drove away fast. My mom was intending to use Uber to get home from that location, but instead was in tears outside the restaurant with her friend who ended up calling my sister and I to pick her up.
Upon hearing this I immediately logged into her "Find My iPhone" from my phone, locked her phone, and tracked the location to a storage facility where they store the busses. I told my mom I would call the place in the morning and we would drive up to Corona to get the phone.
Unfortunately I did not know the name or number of the party bus service her friend used, so I googled the nearest party bus rental companies near the phone's location.
I got in touch with Sammy owner of Vanity Limousine told him I thought my mom may have left her phone in a party bus last night. WITHOUT QUESTION NOR HESITATION, told me that he would meet us over at the storage facility right away and he would let us search the bus that went out the night before.
For at least a half hour he helped us search the entire bus, another bus, and helped us dig through the garbage! Turns out it wasn't even his company that they rented from!
He continued to help us after finding out we didn't even rent from him!!!
So he lead us over to the other lot in which his competitors park their buses, and let us listen outside the window of the bus to hear the ping from "Find My iPhone." Sure enough it was jammed between the window and the seat, we could feel it vibrate against the window.
So Sammy stood there with us for another half hour while we got the other company's info from her friend, and they REFUSED to meet us down at the storage facility. Until we politely let them know that we were already standing outside the bus with their competitor. They sent an employee who didn't know what he was doing to "stop by, if he has a chance."
He came grudgingly 15 min later, and couldn't find the keys, then spend another 15 minutes finding the keys. He let my mom in, when she told him she couldn't reach it, he yelled from the door to Sammy to help her. He gladly went in there and opened the window and got it for her. The guy then came in shut the window and locked the bus behind us while saying "thank you for choosing (*insert name here*)." Then drove away faster than he arrived.
The difference in customer service between the companies was incomparable! If I was to ever need a party bus or limo in the future I would rent from Sammy, no question!
